Enforced expropriation begins with the act of attachment of real estate, movable property or third parties, which is aimed at receivables or more a general assets of the debtor that are at the disposal of the third party.

The function of the attachment is to bind certain assets of the debtor to the satisfaction of the claim of the proceeding creditor and also of all other creditors who may later intervene in the enforcement process.
